Gulfbelt Properties, Inc. is a residential management company specializing in the management of multifamily and single family properties. GPI's management portfolio includes government-subsidized properties, affordable senior living, affordable conventional properties, and up-scale conventional properties.

At GPI our business is property management. Our team of professionals have years of management experience and are able to cater to an owner's desires or particular needs. The attention we provide to an individual property separates us from most of the larger fee managed companies. Every property receives the degree of attention needed to enhance it's bottom line as well as improve the value of the asset. We will not allow a managed property to get lost in the shuffle. GPI began in April 1999 and currently manages multifamily properties in Alabama and south Mississippi with a total of over 1500 units, and more than 100 single-family properties in the Mobile area.
